What To Expect

Hike:  Skyline & Roundtop Trail Loop

Length of hike: 3.0 Miles

These trails are great for kids to start hiking and finding their footing. It's got everything - very woodsy as well as beautiful views of the valley, Mt. Diablo, and central valley. Large open skies and expansive terrain.

The trail starts out in a forested understory, perfect for little ones to hike. We rest at the Sibley Staging area and hike into rolling grassland hills, leading past a hidden labryrinth down in a quarry. We conclude with a quick, easy downhill back to the Old Tunnel Rd. Staging area.

The super fun Volcanic loop we will add in the Spring when the grasses are green!
